ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time. If an item has a different processing time, we will show it on the product page or contact you.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND TRANSIT TIMES
We ship worldwide to destinations currently available at checkout. Estimated standard transit time after dispatch is 5–10 business days for Asia and 7–15 business days for North America, Europe, and Oceania. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier volume, customs clearance, weather, address issues, and local delivery conditions may cause delays.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping is free worldwide when the merchandise subtotal is USD $50 or more after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Orders with a merchandise subtotal under USD $50 are charged the available shipping rate shown at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, we will email the tracking number after shipment. Carrier scans can take time to appear. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
ADDRESSES AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately. We will try to help but cannot guarantee an address change after processing or shipment.
If tracking is unusually delayed, shows delivery but the package cannot be located, or the package is returned to sender, contact sidaktrading@evadiagrace.us with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because an address was incomplete or incorrect.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos where possible. Confirmed order errors and transit damage are handled under our Refund Policy.
